We’re nestled here in the heart of the South Devon countryside, close enough to Newton Abbot, Totnes and Torquay to get the most of quintessential Devon towns, and yet far enough to be in total tranquility. Expect peace and quiet and stunning surroundings. Devon air, calm wildlife and greenery everywhere, staying here is sure to invigorate you. We’re just three miles from the English Riviera, one of England’s prime holiday locations, so when you’ve had enough peace and quiet, there’s plenty to see and do.
Bulleigh Park farm has been in our family and farmed since 1904 with local breeds of cattle and sheep. Phil and I have carried on this tradition by keeping Devon Closewool sheep which are now a rare breed.
Then there’s the countryside food. Local, organic, high quality food is our priority. We try to source it as close to Bulleigh Park as possible. Angela’s farmhouse breakfast won the AA Breakfast Award again in 2015 making her one of the first to win this accolade in the UK, which is now in it’s 11th year. We’re confident it’s a great choice for you. She’s happy to cook gluten free meals or something else delicious for any dietary requirement, so please be sure to let her know what you’d like.
